The shutter lever is made from the full shutter so there is no welding.

The shutter stop block and the two springs are new without having to use the original Mauser 98K parts.

The two action slots where the shutter wings slide are obtained: in the sub-thread the first, while the second is completely closed to leave the action more solid.

The slots are made with a throttle without the use of an EDM machine.

The tank box is made entirely from a block of steel without resorting to various welds.

The walls of the box are not straight but inclined to facilitate repetition and are obtained from milling and constriction operations.

The attacks are obtained entirely from the full action depending on the length of the lens that is mounted.

The extractors are made from a block of special steel and machined according to the length of the action. They cannot therefore exit the side window.

The extractor rings are made from a block of special steel and milled to size for each type of shutter.

We produce three types of safety devices completely machined from solid from a block of steel without using any original Mauser 98K part:

– Original Mauser 98K model;

– Dakota model with three positions;

– Dakota model with three positions with lock.

The safeties have the same fishbone fillet pitch as the original Mauser 98K.

The screws of the Systemauser Concari shares have the same pitch as the thread of the original Mauser 98K shares.

The firing pin retaining block is obtained by means of particular milling and internal constriction.

The strikers are turned and milled from solid by a special steel bar for each type of action.
